The Behavioral Health Professional (Clinical) utilizes clinical expertise to independently perform comprehensive psychiatric and substance use evaluations, psychosocial assessments, assess crisis situations, appropriately provide needed resources and/or referrals for the patient, and to provide family and individual treatment as indicated. + Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.
