A critical responsibility of the role will be translating these insights into compelling, actionable information that can educate and influence policymakers, healthcare leaders, providers, insurers, health plans, payers, community leaders, and other decision-makers and contribute to strategies that improve health outcomes and the allocation of healthcare resources. The Director will combine Healthix's longitudinal healthcare data with public health, population, demographic, environmental, and other relevant data and research to support studies, programs, and initiatives that provide meaningful insight into health outcomes, disparities, healthcare utilization, resource availability, and healthcare costs.
