This role is critical in modeling advanced behavioral interventions, mentoring staff, coordinating daily shift programming for highly acute individuals, and executing specialized medical and technical support procedures within the crisis center under the delegation of licensed personnel. The MHT III plays an active role in treatment plan development, leads complex crisis interventions, facilitates advanced therapeutic groups, and collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team on complex discharge planning.
