The Centers is seeking Full-time School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with persons served and other providers to assure that the mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs of clients are addressed.

Provides community psychiatric support and care coordination which includes health promotion, comprehensive transitional care, individual and family support, and referral linkage and advocacy relative to community resources.
