Reporting to the Associate Director, Scarlet Career Mentoring Network, this role will lead and expand the Scarlet Career Mentoring Course, a career-focused mentoring initiative developed in partnership with the School of Management and Labor Relations that connects students with alumni and industry professionals through structured mentoring relationships, career exploration, and experiential learning opportunities. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience or a master's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in career services, mentoring and experiential learning programs, workforce development, employer engagement, academic program coordination, student affairs, or related higher education settings.
