Inspecting, dismantling, installing, replacing, cleaning, lubricating, packing, drilling, grinding, sawing, removing and setting of mechanical equipment related to but not limited to steam and chilled water distribution systems. Responsibilities: Inspecting manholes for anchor conditions, lubricating, repacking and or repairing expansion joints, valves, and associated equipment on the steam chilled water distribution systems.
