This role drives the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous transformation of the sites to deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, while enabling long-term growth, capacity expansion, and customer service excellence. Interface with DPC Presidents, VP Global Operations DPC, Business Operations leaders, Sourcing, Quality, Opex & Modernization, H&S & CSR, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and other functions to promote a high level of communication and collaboration.
