Unlike traditional Project Managers who focus on individual project deliverables, the PMI Manager maintains a broader view of concurrent projects, identifies potential conflicts, coordinates shared resources, and supports consistent operational processes. Working closely with Account Management, Project Coordination, Field Operations, Scheduling, Training, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders, the PMI Manager helps align project execution with operational capacity and business priorities.
