The Deputy Ductwork Riding Foreman provides field leadership across multiple projects, overseeing sheet metal installation crews, organizing manpower and materials, monitoring workmanship, and working closely with project leadership to keep jobs on track from planning through completion. This active field position requires safely navigating commercial and industrial construction sites, performing various physical activities, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working in changing weather, temperatures, heights, noise, and other typical jobsite conditions.
