li>Implement, document, control, and maintenance of a detailed Quality Management program, including procedures, records, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP/FSP), Preventative Controls (PC), reassessment, and annual review of Food Safety and Quality PRP’s.
Responsible for up-dating and the continuous review of existing Food Safety plans to incorporate current GMP, Process Preventive Controls, Allergen Preventive Controls, Sanitation Preventive Controls and Supply Chain Applied Controls.
