Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Working with fulfillment/warehouse operations, middle mile, or last mile transportation; Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome; Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Building and streamlining processes and workflows using Jira, and tracking projects status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Building dashboards, including tables and graphs, to enable the monitoring of business performance metrics and conducting root-cause-analysis of metric movements; and. Qualifications Must have a Master s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Information System Management, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Information System Management, Analytics (any), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
