Perform critical safety engineering activities to support ground and flight test preparation and operations, to include support the development of Flight Test Plans (FTPs) with a focus on Test Hazard Analyses (THAs) and mitigation plans, development of test procedures, and active participation in ground and Flight / Test Mission Assurance Readiness Reviews (FTMARRs).
