Your responsibilities will include traveling to our group homes, clinical assessments, monitoring acuity, teaching staff on residents' care plan and medical needs, delivering medications to group homes, updating MAR and Treatment logs. Essential Job Functions: Visit group homes, deliver medications, update MARs and Treatment Logs, conduct nursing assessments on residents to identify for signs and symptoms of illness, and report findings to the nursing supervisor.
