Pay Range:$60,000 - $70,000 based on experienceGeneral Purpose:Assists in the management of daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to member/guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel training and development, menu mix, ordering, vendor relations and preference, food production, inventory, and catering functions. Manages department members that may include, but are not limited to: Supervisor, Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, Bartender, Server, Food Runner, Bus Person, Barback.* Assists in the orientation and training for each new associate.
