The Model Maker I will be mentored and supported by teammembers on project work and customer interactions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Surface parts and fit components for assemblies.* Develop composite tooling and molds.* Create foam plank build-ups.* Laminate with epoxy resins and carbon composites.* Participate in vac-form disciplines.* Operate shop equipment, including hand tools, and perform preventive maintenance.* Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up.Education and Experience (required):* High school diploma or equivalent.* 2+ previous experience required.Education and Experience (preferred):* Certificate in Autobody, Automotive Technology or related.* Valid driver"s license.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (required):* Mechanical ability and ability to operate shop equipment.* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.* Able to work independently and as part of a team.* Has own tools with toolbox.* Ability to read, comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions..Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (preferred):* Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer. The Embedded Software Engineer creates quality, bug free code and implements best practices in design and software modeling. What you need for this position: Required: • Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science) • Minimum 3+ years of experience of modelling using MagicDraw, • Experience in AUTOSAR Communication Stack configuration • Experience verifying software to a process (e.g. CMMI / SPICE) • Minimum 3+ years of Automotive domain experience required • Minimum 3+ years of experience in CAN protocol • Experience with standard scripting languages or programming languages • Knowledge and experience in unit level and system level testing • Strong collaboration and communication skills is essential • Experience in Agile development methodologies</div>
