Under the direction of the Director, Nursing & Quality, and in collaboration with the Medical Director, Practice leadership, clinical operations, QA Nurse Manager, and other organizational partners, the Nurse Manager oversees nursing workforce planning, staffing, staff performance and development, clinical practice, competency, workflow, patient safety, and nursing regulatory readiness. The Nurse Manager maintains accountability for nursing-specific quality and patient safety, including clinical indicators, nursing audits, event follow-up, regulatory compliance, and nursing performance improvement, while partnering with the QA Nurse Manager and Director, Nursing & Quality on broader Quality and Patient Safety initiatives.
