Were excited to talk with you if: You have a high school diploma or equivalence You have 3-5 plus years mortgage and banking experience Or if you have any combination of education and experience which provides an equivalent background You are effective with business communication skills, both verbal and written You have established time management and organizational skills You are able to work independently, with strong initiative and reliability You have a thorough knowledge of FHA, VA, CONV, guidelines, and real estate market in local area You have maintained current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry You are able to obtain the required S.A.F.E registration at time of employment You have the ability to travel and work outside of the office regularly.
