By handling matter intake, file monitoring, correspondence administration, and outside counsel coordination, the Paralegal enables attorneys and senior legal professionals to focus on complex legal analysis, litigation oversight, regulatory matters, MERS responsibilities, and other functions requiring specialized legal expertise and authority. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate matter tracking, timely communication, and effective file management while supporting attorneys and senior legal professionals in the administration of mortgage servicing and related legal matters.
