The Post Sale and Property Preservation Specialist is responsible for managing mortgage loans after foreclosure sale through final resolution, including title transfer, claims processing, conveyance, and REO transition, as well as managing and overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and preservation of properties within a mortgage servicing portfolio—primarily defaulted, delinquent, or foreclosed assets. Communicate with field service vendors to issue work orders, resolve deficiencies, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
