The Community Development Mortgage Lender will actively participate in and/or lead community-related events through homebuyer education, realtor open houses, non-profit events, local and state housing agencies, neighborhood associations, etc., to promote the Bank's CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) lending efforts that primarily serve majority-minority populations. Host local homebuyer education events for the public and provide program and product awareness training for bank partners, realtors, builders, non-profits, etc., geared toward the housing needs of the local communities primarily serving majority-minority populations, especially first-time home buyers.
