The Loan Settlement and Funding Processor III provides technical leadership, mentors department staff, resolves complex documentation issues, and partners with lending, legal, title, and executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely loan closings. This position manages commercial real estate loans, complex commercial lending relationships, residential real estate purchases and refinances, construction and participation loans, and other specialized lending products.
