Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including Program Management, Finance, Legal, Subcontracts, Business Development, Engineering, Human Resources, Accounting and Compliance to effectively manage the breadth of responsibilities, including capture activities, proposal preparation slash submittal, negotiations and contract terms and related performance obligations.
