We are looking for a seasoned, practical Sales-focused Contracts Manager/Negotiator to join the Commercial Legal Team, working primarily with our sales teams, members of the legal and other departments within RingCentral, as well as outside partners and attorneys to draft, review, negotiate and manage sales contracts with RingCentral's Up Market customers in North America. Required Skills and Experience:At least five years of combined experience in-house and/or with a national law firm; in-house experience working extensively with a variety of contracts required, preferably in SaaS, cloud communications or a related industry.
