<h2>Detailed Job Description</h2><p>Netsync Network Solutions is looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Networking Consultant, specializing in Cisco Network Infrastructure. As a Networking Consultant, specific job responsibilities will vary by client engagement but will focus primarily on Cisco solutions architecture, system design, and implementation.</p><h3><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Senior technical resource and project lead for complex networking, SDN, and SD-WAN environments for large variety of customer verticals.</li><li>Work with Netsync clients and Netsync project teams to identify business and technical requirements for network services.</li><li>Design complex networking solutions to fix a diverse range business problems for enterprise customers for large variety of customer verticals.</li><li>Install, configure, support, monitor, test, optimize, and troubleshoot problems pertaining to deployment, integration, and implementation of new hardware and software in complex customer network environments.</li><li>Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation to clients.</li><li>Maintain and update project documentation.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, technology partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Provide Tier 3 support.</li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Travel: 50%</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></h3><p>Minimum of 4 years of related experience in network environments, including network engineering (hardware and software); network security practices; and designing, planning, and implementing LANs and WANs.</p><ul><li>Experience in the healthcare vertical.</li><li>Cisco Routers.</li><li>Cisco Catalyst Switches.</li><li>Cisco Catalyst Center.</li><li>Cisco Layer 2 Switching.</li><li>Cisco Layer 3 Routing Protocols.</li><li>Cisco WLC and Access Points.</li><li>Cisco Meraki Switching and Wireless.</li><li>SD-WAN knowledge (a plus).</li><li>SD-Access knowledge (a plus).</li><li>Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills (required).</li><li>Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills (required).</li><li>Previous VAR experience preferred.</li><li>Individual should be able to lift 50 lbs.</li></ul><h3><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Active CCNP certified, CCIE preferred.</li><li>Multi-vender certified, preferred.</li><li><strong>Candidates must reside in the greater New Orleans or Baton Rouge areas.
