p>Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Administration provides strategic and operational leadership and oversees the Central Control Unit (CCU) responsible for the timekeeping function, Office Services Unit, and any future administrative functions assigned to the division.
Oversee and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects related to administrative and operational functions, including the implementation and migration of workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos), ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment and minimal operational disruption.
