This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud, and other data communications infrastructures through advanced troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, and hands-on configuration of network devices and systems, including VOIP, telephony, POTS, SIP, PRIs, mobility routers, and servers. In addition to day-to-day operations, this position contributes to infrastructure improvement projects, collaborates closely with network engineers and security teams, works with vendors, and provides technical insights that enhance network efficiency, communication reliability, and organizational resiliency.
