The client's engineering team is responsible for managing the network, maintaining an Authority to Operate (ATO), improving system design and architecture, Tier 1-3 troubleshooting during operations, hardware installs, lifecycle management, software releases and deployment, new features, and innovation. You'll perform day-to-day operational checks for local air and ground simulation systems, as well as multiple outstation systems, and perform preventative maintenance tasks on simulators and associated simulator systems.
