The Project Administrator will directly support the Director of Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Executive Leadership by managing project documentation, communications, subcontractor coordination, and administrative workflows across multiple active construction projects. To support this rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Administrator to serve as a critical operational backbone between leadership, project management, field operations, subcontractors, and clients.
