Track trucks and deliveries, communicate with carriers, monitor shipment status, resolve transportation or delivery issues, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Work closely with customers, sales staff, carriers, drivers, loading docks, transportation, logistics, scheduling, and customer purchasing and receiving departments.
