Essential Responsibilities: 1) Modify, refurbish, clean, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, calibrate, verify, certify, checkout, test and operate compressed gas trailers, storage vessels, converters, tractors, vacuum systems, engines, pumps, compressors, rechargers, transfer hoses, various fixed systems and other related equipment used in the receiving, storage and delivery of GN2, GHe and GO2, cryogenic, hypergolic, high and low pressure gasses, propellants, solvents and other liquids. Unless waived by Amentum management employee must meet probationary period Self Contained Atmospheric Protection Ensemble (SCAPE) physical requirements and become SCAPE certified within 90 days of employment and capable of wearing a 40 pound backpack in an encapsulated (SCAPE) suit.
