Support family-centered and family-integrated care by engaging parents and caregivers as active partners; facilitate skin-to-skin (kangaroo) care, support breastfeeding and human milk feeding, and provide education on NICU equipment, procedures, and infant cues.Responsibilities: - Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
