Candidates with experience in plastics manufacturing, blown or cast film, extrusion, resin mixing, masterbatch preparation, textile manufacturing, chemical batching, or other formula-based production environments are strongly encouraged to apply. The operator will prepare and mix material batches, operate film-production equipment, and monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the finished film meets quality specifications.
