RN/LPN supervisors administer professional nursing services, including setting up and passing medications, observing the five rights of medication administration, monitoring for medication effects and/or interactions, participating in resident care planning, recognizing, and identifying changes in resident’s condition, responsibly communicating, and providing routine and non-emergent care to residents.
