Other Skills and Abilities: Shift Leaders must be able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with guests, staff, equipment problems, or emergency situations. This is an hourly position that supports salaried management in daily, administrative, and operational responsibilities in the restaurant in addition to providing excellent guest service on the floor.
