Under policy direction from the Liaison Manager, the Department Liaison is responsible to assist doctor and other hospital staff in executing daily tasks and communications with client, answering client questions, scheduling appointments and procedures, communicating client concerns directly to the doctor, maintain proper documentation with all patient accounts, as well as other tasks involved in the operations of a veterinary hospital. And because we believe a positive, connected workplace helps us provide the best care, we have a Fun Committee that organizes team-building events, celebrations, and activities to keep our culture vibrant and supportive.
