I understand and acknowledge that Northland Restaurant Group, LLC. and DORO Incorporated are an independently owned and operated franchisees of Hardee's Restaurants LLC and, if I am hired Northland Restaurant Group, LLC or DORO Incorporated, will be my employer, not Hardee's Restaurants LLC. We have owned and operated Hardee's restaurants since 1968, and have emerged as one of the fastest-growing independent franchisees of Hardee's Restaurants, LLC.
