QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including substantial time as an Electrical Superintendent, night-shift lead, or equivalent supervisor on industrial facilities, brownfield work, substations, or electrical upgrades. This role owns all on-site electrical construction on the night shift, including trade-contractor scheduling, utility interconnections, medium-voltage systems, substation work, and vendor tool setups.
