The role includes quotation management, tender execution, contract administration, and close coordination with GSC teams, including Contract Correction Team (CCT), Disputes, and Invoice Quality (IQ) functions, to deliver an excellent customer experience and commercial outcome. Ocean Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing North America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of tender-related activities.
