High school diploma or GED required • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred • Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools • Ability to read and interpret production instructions, safety guidelines, and quality specifications • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Physical Requirements: • Able to move up to 50lbs • Manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately • Comfortable wearing PPE • Able to stand for long periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes • Capable of making repetitive movements, including but not limited to sitting, squatting, and walking up and down stairs • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required • Comfortable with exposure to high temperatures, noise, and moving machinery.
