Other Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis strategies; proven track record of accomplishments and results in the areas of safety, productivity, efficiency, waste and quality; superior mechanical aptitude in areas including tooling, communication systems, electrical motors, gear boxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, etc. Support and direct equipment operators; ensure operational team members are skilled in tools and techniques to deliver quality and optimal production including but not limited to making proper in process adjustments and overall equipment functionality for Operator.
