Apply AI and automation to prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations, and to identify and resolve issues, so that the close is faster, more accurate, and more controlled.6+ years of accounting experience within the Record-to-Report or Corporate Accounting function of a large, multi-national company Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience Experience applying US GAAP, including ASC 718 (stock-based compensation) Experience leading process or system improvement projects end to end, including design, testing, and rollout Experience communicating financial results and analysis to senior stakeholders, and collaborating with teams distributed across multiple locations Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, and understanding end-to-end systems that affect accounting and financial reporting processes Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, or ACCA) Experience in the compensation and benefits accounting function of a large organization Any combination of experience in public accounting and in a technology company Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Hyperion Essbase Familiarity with responsible, ethical AI practices in a work environment (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews), and demonstrated ongoing AI skill development such as prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration Experience operating in an environment with a mature internal control and data privacy framework Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
