Responsibilities include assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge needs; formulating and revising individualized care plans; delivering direct patient care and supervising licensed staff; evaluating patient responses to treatment; documenting in patient records; participating in quality improvement activities; and engaging in professional development activities. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience, experience in a Medical Surgical Oncology setting, and chemotherapy certification.
