p>Responsibilities: • Help execute on LBS engagements for legal department and law firm clients across LBSs three service lines: Legal Managed Services, Legal Operations Consulting, and Legal Technology Innovation; • Manage services engagements for legal departments; • Strategic assessments for legal teams; • Legal technology optimization, selections and implementations, including CLM and Gen AI applications for legal teams; • Monitor organizational/target operating model design initiatives; • Legal/business process improvements; • Governance models; • Legal metrics and data; • Strategic modeling and impact analysis; • Legal resourcing strategies, and the like.
Experience identifying potential business and operations risks in areas such as, legal department performance, internal control / risk assessment, transformation and change management processes; prior experience preparing and conducting business analysis and studies, needs assessments, requirement analysis / definition, and cost benefit analysis.
