Reviewing agreements involving AI-enabled products or services, applying approved contracting positions, and identifying and escalating material issues involving data use, model training, confidentiality, intellectual property, output rights, human oversight, indemnities, and risk allocation. As Corporate Counsel, you will support a broad range of general corporate legal matters, including intellectual property, corporate real estate, procurement and commercial contracts, litigation and dispute management, and selected privacy and data matters.
