The position develops compelling, data-informed grant applications, proposals, and reports that align with Augusta Health’s mission, strategic priorities, and community health needs while supporting improved patient outcomes, quality of care, and team member development. The role also develops fundraising and donor materials, including cases for support, campaign materials, newsletters, acknowledgment letters, and appeals, requiring strong project management, grant writing, research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
