You will play a meaningful role in this organization that provides significant benefits to the community and its members, providing adults with developmental disabilities with job / life skills in manufacturing, parts assembly, as well as retail store stocking and customer service experiences, in addition to daily in-house programs. 40 with 5-7 direct reports, you will play a hands-on role directly managing all aspects of the business while interacting with families, community leaders, government officials, and companies to raise community awareness.
