Hypothermia Emergency Shelter Oversight & Client Services:
- Supervise a diverse team of shelter staff, ensuring that they provide high-quality, trauma-informed services to clients experiencing homelessness during the winter season, when hypothermic conditions pose a threat to safety and well-being. This hybrid role involves direct service provision, crisis management, and leadership to ensure both shelter clients and housing stabilization program participants receive the necessary support and resources to achieve long-term housing stability.
- The Outreach Case Manager will provide services or activities necessary to assist program participants in locating, obtaining, and retaining suitable permanent housing, including the following:
- Establish contact and build rapport with single adults experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Region 2 building relationships to provide immediate and long-term support.
