In this role, the Assistant Head OT oversees Occupational Therapy services supporting patients across Transplant, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), and Medicine units , while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting staff development and departmental initiatives. The Assistant Head OT works under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Occupational Therapy, Head OT, Therapeutic Recreation, and Licensed Creative Arts Therapy at NYP/Columbia, providing clinical and administrative supervision to Occupational Therapy services across the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and designated Acute Care programs.
