Specialized Skills: Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care, and treatment planning is highly desirable. Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and the leadership team to develop and execute training initiatives, emergency response plans, and infection control protocols.
