A Registered Nurse, who, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/ Director, has continual opportunity to exercise initiative and independent professional judgment, uses the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient centered nursing care for assigned patients; and as a primary member of a nursing care team, guides and monitors work of paraprofessional and other team members. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
